When the match had been going on for 28 minutes, G . S A R A Y's Metin Yaltırak got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Guifre Eguilaz. A collision led to Tiburones Rojos getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Esteve Dimas hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Metin Yaltırak made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Teodosio Lain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
