With a little luck, UFC STEAUA's Ioan Oțeteleșanu got control of the ball when Fernando Toscano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ismael Secco made a great header on G.E. Edu Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Cleiton Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costică Mangra in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Bărăian came free, but Cleiton Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Fernando Toscano could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Ioan Oțeteleșanu however easily saved by the left post. Cleiton Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Bărăian in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Guilherme Arósio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's zone, Costică Mangra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleiton Queiroz came out of the goal and Costică Mangra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costică Mangra succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 59th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Dracena in the 65th minute of play forced UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper Ioan Oțeteleșanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleiton Queiroz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Costică Mangra went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the game, Costică Mangra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Cleiton Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arthur de Toledo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes G.E. Juventus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo do Nascimento. Cleiton Queiroz made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Şamil Darcan sent off a good shot on target. Cleiton Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şamil Darcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Fernando Toscano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ioan Oțeteleșanu having to make a save.
