Gijs Schaap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelayo Vazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Gijs Schaap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eutropio Harroyo in the 5th minute of the match. Gijs Schaap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelayo Vazquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Los Colegas del Barrio's goalkeeper Marco Gonzalez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jari Litmanen. With a little luck, Los Colegas del Barrio's Marco Gonzalez got control of the ball when Ferdi Reis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute Pelayo Vazquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gijs Schaap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes of play, Springplank FC's Ferdi Reis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Gonzalez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Springplank FC's Gijs Schaap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nahia Sierra in the 17th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, Springplank FC's Jari Litmanen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Gonzalez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 21 minutes into the match, Los Colegas del Barrio's goalkeeper Marco Gonzalez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdi Reis. In the 26th minute Los Colegas del Barrio were awarded a corner. Leo Dorado went to the cornerflag to take it. After 27 played minutes Springplank FC got a freekick which was hit by Abdelhak Nouri. Nahia Sierra took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gijs Schaap. Gijs Schaap dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Ferdi Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gijs Schaap came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Los Colegas del Barrio's Nahia Sierra. But to his dismay, Nahia Sierra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3.

Springplank FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ferdi Reis in the 52nd minute. The corner ended in Ferdi Reis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Colegas del Barrio's Marco Gonzalez did a great save. 57 minutes into the match, Springplank FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Dorado came free, but Gijs Schaap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Ferdi Reis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Springplank FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Emilio Nunez hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Los Colegas del Barrio's Marco Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jari Litmanen in the 69th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Leo Dorado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th match minute, Springplank FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelhak Nouri to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Los Colegas del Barrio's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdi Reis came free, but Marco Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Colegas del Barrio's Marco Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jari Litmanen in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Dorado in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gijs Schaap prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abdelhak Nouri hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Springplank FC's Ferdi Reis got a free kick in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Los Colegas del Barrio's Leo Dorado got a free kick in the 90th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Jari Litmanen notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Los Colegas del Barrio's Marco Gonzalez. Marco Gonzalez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Los Colegas del Barrio's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Springplank FC had won, even though Los Colegas del Barrio had held more of the ball.
