Aloísio Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Jon in the 67th minute of play. Red Bull Magnus's Aloísio Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Jon in the 76th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Red Bull Magnus's zone, Eduardo Jon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aloísio Guimarães came out of the goal and Eduardo Jon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. América Magics Fc's Leopoldo Piorno was substituted for Fabian Martino. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sidnei Linhares during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Magnus's Sidnei Linhares got a free kick in the 83rd minute.
