The crowd rose to their feet as Zamalek FC's Malcolm Neal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zacarias Santo. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. A collision led to CF JABATOS getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Feliciano Remigio hit a great ball. Jacobo Txanton's late challenge caught a Zamalek FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Erubiel Cuartio fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CF JABATOS's protests and gave Erubiel Cuartio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Malcolm Neal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delmiro Izotz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, CF JABATOS's goalkeeper Zacarias Santo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Malcolm Neal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Malcolm Neal came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Zamalek FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Malcolm Neal couldn't finish the play. Eddie Pelletier kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Tuan Glover fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. CF JABATOS's Jacobo Txanton managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tuan Glover in the 83 minute of the game. Erubiel Cuartio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th match minute, CF JABATOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Txanton to maneuver through the defense. CF JABATOS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
