Spectators: 7448 (Terracing: 5587, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Malcolm Neal took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Neal in the 11th minute of play forced Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Rickard Dalström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Philip Forsman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Zamalek FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Santo Knox hit a great ball. Rickard Dalström was a little too slow when Malcolm Neal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Björnlunda IF's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Neal came free, but Rickard Dalström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philip Forsman hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute of the match, Malcolm Neal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rickard Dalström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rickard Dalström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilbert Jordan in the 33rd minute. Rickard Dalström was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Malcolm Neal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Malcolm Neal really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Carson Sherrill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andreas Åhlberg hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arvid Åberg was the one to do the kick off. After 53rd play minutes Junior Smart shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Rickard Dalström and just under the crossbar into goal. Rickard Dalström came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Zamalek FC's Malcolm Neal. But to his dismay, Malcolm Neal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Björnlunda IF's zone, Malcolm Neal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Dalström came out of the goal and Malcolm Neal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Arvid Åberg fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Björnlunda IF's protests and gave Arvid Åberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, Björnlunda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvid Åberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Malcolm Neal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zamalek FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Rickard Dalström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Neal in the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Zamalek FC's Gilbert Jordan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rickard Dalström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Åhlberg couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the match, Arvid Åberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ricardo Wong, 7-1. Rickard Dalström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Jordan in the 84th minute of the match. A collision led to Björnlunda IF getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Philip Forsman hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the game, Zamalek FC's Gilbert Jordan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rickard Dalström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. Björnlunda IF's Rickard Dalström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carson Sherrill in the 96th minute of play.
