The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Claudio Cicchetti put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sorci Viola fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! When Alvaro Prato came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Sorci Viola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Prato couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Prato in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kevan Grange prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jean-Yves Paturel hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Kevan Grange didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Prato went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Fortunato Pizziolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kevan Grange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Alvaro Prato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevan Grange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Prato struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Kevan Grange didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorci Viola. After 32 minutes, Moïse Ganivet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Les diables noirs and the Sorci Viola players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moïse Ganivet kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Prato's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kevan Grange was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. After 34 minutes, Alvaro Prato made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Les diables noirs's Kevan Grange tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Prato was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustave Pierrel in the 56th minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Domenico Sabatino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevan Grange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Prato in the 58th minute of the match. Jean-Yves Paturel hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Alvaro Prato made a precise shot to the right of Kevan Grange. Les diables noirs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Alvaro Prato struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Kevan Grange didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorci Viola. Domenico Sabatino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustave Pierrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Les diables noirs's Kevan Grange proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Les diables noirs from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes, Gustave Pierrel made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Sorci Viola's Domenico Sabatino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Domenico Sabatino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moïse Ganivet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sorci Viola's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Prato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevan Grange breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fausto Bellomo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Alvaro Prato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Sorci Viola could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Les diables noirs throughout the match.
