The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Benicio Veto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomislav Radlov in the 6th minute of the match. Isaias Eguerdi struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Vaklin Kortov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Worst Team Ever. Thanks to some nice moves Vihren Shestakov could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Lazaros Kotsiopoulos however easily saved by the left post. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Бенковски Тетевен's Vihren Shestakov. But to his dismay, Vihren Shestakov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Tomislav Radlov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazaros Kotsiopoulos having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Isaias Eguerdi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Worst Team Ever fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Mito Chochkov got a free kick in the 28th minute. Worst Team Ever's Lazaros Kotsiopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomislav Radlov in the 32nd minute of play. Vaklin Kortov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mito Chochkov in the 33rd minute of the match. Paolo Di Canio hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Бенковски Тетевен's Tomislav Radlov was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 40 minutes, Paolo Di Canio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Бенковски Тетевен and the Worst Team Ever players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paolo Di Canio kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Vaklin Kortov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Eguerdi in the 41st minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Paolo Di Canio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Бенковски Тетевен's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paolo Di Canio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Mito Chochkov got a free kick in the 44th minute. Tomislav Radlov kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Бенковски Тетевен's goal looked a bit too open when Per Vallman came free, but Vaklin Kortov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mito Chochkov got free with Vaklin Kortov in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Бенковски Тетевен's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Isaias Eguerdi scored to the left of an out of position Vaklin Kortov, making the score, 2-2. Бенковски Тетевен's Vaklin Kortov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Бенковски Тетевен from getting a goal against them. Vaklin Kortov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Eguerdi in the 61st minute of play. Vaklin Kortov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Eguerdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mito Chochkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Vaklin Kortov made a huge save. In the 70th minute József Murai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vaklin Kortov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Бенковски Тетевен's Vaklin Kortov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by József Murai in the 74th minute of play. After 81 minutes of play, Worst Team Ever's Isaias Eguerdi made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vaklin Kortov was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Бенковски Тетевен's Benicio Veto got a free kick in the 84th minute. Worst Team Ever's Per Vallman got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vaklin Kortov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Eguerdi in the 87th minute of the match. Isaias Eguerdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vaklin Kortov made an important save on a dangerous shot by József Murai in the 93rd minute. József Murai hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Бенковски Тетевен supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Worst Team Ever's performance. The match ended with a win for Worst Team Ever.
