Spectators: 7456 (Terracing: 5593, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) After 12 played minutes Вежен got a freekick which was hit by Vasil Kalfov. In the 14th minute, Joseph Lind reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gercho Mantarkov. The goal made the score 1-0. Gercho Mantarkov made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Staffan Ekström sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bocho Gunchev in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Zachrisson saved IFK Tallkotte from getting behind. John Zachrisson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasil Kalfov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. IFK Tallkotte's John Zachrisson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milan Harabaliev in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Ralf Wennerqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yuri Velkov kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Вежен's goalkeeper Gercho Mantarkov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Staffan Ekström. After 34 played minutes Вежен got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Velkov. Vasil Kalfov took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised John Zachrisson. John Zachrisson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Bocho Gunchev made the kick off in the second half. Gercho Mantarkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Wennerqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. After a rather tough play, Вежен's Milan Harabaliev got a free kick in the 51st minute. A nice corner shot did that Michael Hydén got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gercho Mantarkov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Вежен booed when IFK Tallkotte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Gabrielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Вежен's Yuri Velkov got a free kick in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goalkeeper John Zachrisson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bocho Gunchev. Mito Smilevski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but John Zachrisson made a huge save. Gercho Mantarkov came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Tallkotte's Staffan Ekström. But to his dismay, Staffan Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Вежен's zone, Joseph Lind stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gercho Mantarkov came out of the goal and Joseph Lind tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The IFK Tallkotte fans cheered their team off the field, for while Вежен had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
