Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) IFK Tallkotte's Staffan Ekström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Wennerqvist in the 3rd minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Enrique Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, IFK Tallkotte's Lucas Hagberg got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 7 played minutes, Club Atletico Los Andes's Gilberto Munio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper John Zachrisson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atletico Los Andes reached it. Enrique Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Arvidsson in the 22nd minute of play. In the 27th minute, Joseph Lind hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Ekström in the 29th minute of play. Enrique Garaona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ralf Wennerqvist in the 34th minute. After 38 played minutes Club Atletico Los Andes got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Gorbea. If Staffan Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Garaona made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Staffan Ekström sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nereo Tohias made a kick off. Staffan Ekström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Garaona read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Ralf Wennerqvist took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Garaona. Enrique Garaona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. John Zachrisson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Tohias, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. John Zachrisson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Tohias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Staffan Ekström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrique Garaona. Club Atletico Los Andes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Staffan Ekström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The supporters of IFK Tallkotte booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Urre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michael Hydén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 played minutes, IFK Tallkotte's Lucas Hagberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enrique Garaona came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in IFK Tallkotte reached it. When Gilberto Munio fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Los Andes's protests and gave Gilberto Munio a yellow card for diving instead. Gilberto Munio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Club Atletico Los Andes getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Silvano Gorbea hit a great ball. Enrique Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Staffan Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Staffan Ekström in the 96th minute of play. IFK Tallkotte's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
