Fábio Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bocho Gunchev in the 3rd minute of the match. Kevin Lages received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gercho Mantarkov came out and tried to block the shot, but Kevin Lages slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bocho Gunchev in the 15th minute of play forced Exército Português's goalkeeper Fábio Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fábio Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milan Harabaliev in the 18th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Вежен's zone, Augusto Ponte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gercho Mantarkov came out of the goal and Augusto Ponte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute Vasil Kalfov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes Exército Português's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anko Katincharov who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Вежен's Anko Katincharov to fire away a dangerous shot which Fábio Braga despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fábio Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bocho Gunchev in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Вежен's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Lages came free, but Gercho Mantarkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Exército Português getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Éder Prates hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josué Granja to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Prokopi Basarov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fábio Braga was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Augusto Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gercho Mantarkov having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Exército Português's goalkeeper Fábio Braga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bocho Gunchev. The supporters of Вежен booed when Exército Português was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prokopi Basarov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 93 minutes, Prokopi Basarov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Вежен's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prokopi Basarov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Fábio Braga successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gercho Mantarkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Granja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Вежен players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Exército Português.
