In the 5th match minute, IFK Tallkotte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Lind to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Isaias Eguerdi made a precise shot to the right of Patrik Karlberg. IFK Tallkotte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Wennerqvist in the 16th minute of the match. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Wennerqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. IFK Tallkotte's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michael Hydén in the 25th minute. The corner led IFK Tallkotte's Joseph Lind to fire away a dangerous shot which Lazaros Kotsiopoulos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 26th minute, IFK Tallkotte's Joseph Lind dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. A collision led to IFK Tallkotte getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Åke Sjögren hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Eguerdi came free, but Patrik Karlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Worst Team Ever got a corner. IFK Tallkotte's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kalle Berg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kalle Berg made a great header on Worst Team Ever's corner, it was just that IFK Tallkotte's Patrik Karlberg managed to reach the ball for a save. After 34 minutes, Isaias Eguerdi made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. IFK Tallkotte's Patrik Karlberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Worst Team Ever's Felix Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aaron Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaias Eguerdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Karlberg having to interfere. Adrian Nordlund charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Nordlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adrian Nordlund kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Ingvar Colin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Worst Team Ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingvar Colin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaias Eguerdi to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Ludwig Östlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrik Karlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Eguerdi in the 55th minute of the match. Isaias Eguerdi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Patrik Karlberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaias Eguerdi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 57th minute. If Isaias Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Eguerdi in the 63rd minute of play forced IFK Tallkotte's goalkeeper Patrik Karlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Eguerdi's late challenge caught a IFK Tallkotte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaias Eguerdi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute Adrian Nordlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaros Kotsiopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With splendid footwork Isaias Eguerdi arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-4 by the left pole in the game's 77th minute. After 83 played minutes Worst Team Ever got a freekick which was hit by Carl Viklund. Patrik Karlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Eguerdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Worst Team Ever's Ingvar Colin got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Isaias Eguerdi came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Worst Team Ever fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Eguerdi couldn't finish the play. Ludwig Östlund kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 94 minutes, Kalle Berg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Worst Team Ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kalle Berg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Colin got free with Patrik Karlberg in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The IFK Tallkotte fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Worst Team Ever were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
