Mehmet Şefik Balcan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 6th minute, Newells Old Boys's Ahmet Arif Kutlay seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ahmet Arif Kutlay the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Newells Old Boys protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ahmet Arif Kutlay had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of ALTAY MYTHS booed when Newells Old Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Arif Kutlay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mürsel Haylaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alkın Gökekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Mahmut Torel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkın Gökekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as ALTAY MYTHS's Orhan Üstündağ slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Şefik Balcan. That made the score 3-0 after 16 minutes of play. 22 minutes into the game, Anıl Baran Uçbay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ALTAY MYTHS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newells Old Boys the free kick. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Mustafa Orhan Enginsoy took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Mehmet Şefik Balcan to make any attempt to save it. Mehmet Şefik Balcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orhan Üstündağ in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Babür Coşan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mehmet Şefik Balcan, 5-0. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Çelikan Hızlı put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mehmet Şefik Balcan. 40 minutes into the match, Orhan Üstündağ had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Şefik Balcan. Newells Old Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orhan Üstündağ was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. The crowd rose to their feet as ALTAY MYTHS's Mustafa Orhan Enginsoy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Şefik Balcan. That made the score 8-0 after 43 minutes of play. Mehmet Şefik Balcan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dorukhan İzmirli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 9-0 in the 47 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

The wind increased when Babür Coşan made the kick off in the second half. Newells Old Boys's Mehmet Şefik Balcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Üstündağ in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Babür Coşan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Şefik Balcan was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. In the 60th minute, Mustafa Orhan Enginsoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALTAY MYTHS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. In the 76th minute, Orhan Üstündağ left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALTAY MYTHS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. 82 minutes into the match, Newells Old Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Orhan Üstündağ came free, but Mehmet Şefik Balcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Orhan Üstündağ made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Şefik Balcan. Newells Old Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 17-0.
