The supporters of LIVIUS UNITED MLS booed when Barra EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rômulo Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichifor Mumuleanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Valeriu Aanuţei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rômulo Camargo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Cristian Alecu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes Barra EC got a freekick which was hit by Dito Vander. After a defensive mix-up in Barra EC's zone, Cezar Chibulcutean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rômulo Camargo came out of the goal and Cezar Chibulcutean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Luiz Souto in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionică Verzea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Cristian Alecu got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Valeriu Aanuţei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LIVIUS UNITED MLS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Dito Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Barra EC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Souto. When Cezar Chibulcutean came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the LIVIUS UNITED MLS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezar Chibulcutean couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the game, one of Barra EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for LIVIUS UNITED MLS. Nichifor Mumuleanu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rômulo Camargo. 0-5. Rômulo Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Chibulcutean, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

The wind increased when Cezar Chibulcutean made the kick off in the second half. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Nichifor Mumuleanu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barra EC's Rômulo Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valeriu Aanuţei in the 54th minute of play. Fernandinho Alves hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The Barra EC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Barra EC's Pedro Luiz Souto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 70 minutes into the game, Barra EC's Pedro Luiz Souto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ionică Verzea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. Cezar Chibulcutean who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Rômulo Camargo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 77th minute, one of Barra EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barra EC. Barra EC:s Rômulo Camargo showed great skill when he stopped Nichifor Mumuleanu:s penalty. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Iustin Gorcea took a quick shot and it went in 3-6 without a chance for Rômulo Camargo to make any attempt to save it. Rômulo Camargo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Cezar Chibulcutean shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-7 in the ordered_time% minute. Nichifor Mumuleanu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 87th minute.
