Spectators: 7511 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Barra EC's Pedro Luiz Souto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Fc S.Zaharesti got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Petrea. Fc S.Zaharesti were furious when Emil Petrulean was red carded, 14 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. André Luís de Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Noica having to interfere. Dito Vander in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcel Noica, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Mădălin Vintilescu fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc S.Zaharesti's protests and gave Mădălin Vintilescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute Pedro Luiz Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Noica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Noica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Souto in the 40th minute of the match. When Ricardo Santos fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barra EC's protests and gave Ricardo Santos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Barra EC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ricardo Santos hit a great ball. After 48 minutes Barra EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ilie Tolea who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Viorel Lelescu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mădălin Vintilescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Barra EC:s Renan Leal showed great skill when he stopped Ilie Tolea:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Fc S.Zaharesti's zone, Pedro Luiz Souto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Noica came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Souto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcel Noica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luís de Amaral in the 59th minute of play. When Dito Vander came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Barra EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dito Vander couldn't finish the play. Marcel Noica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luiz Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dito Vander came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Barra EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dito Vander couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd match minute, Barra EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Vander to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mădălin Vintilescu in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Renan Leal saved Barra EC from getting behind. Marcel Noica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Souto in the 88th minute of play. André Luís de Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcel Noica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Souto in the 89th minute of the match. Marcel Noica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Barra EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fc S.Zaharesti for a fine match.
