Rick Postolan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor de Sena having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Austen Bull was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TibaDons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Brasília FC - DMZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, TibaDons's Austen Bull got a free kick in the 24th minute. Nestor de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grant Cornish, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ollie Clark made a huge save. Nestor de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rick Postolan in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, TibaDons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Austen Bull to maneuver through the defense. After the first half TibaDons were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Nascimento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Rick Postolan fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TibaDons's protests and gave Rick Postolan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TibaDons getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Rick Postolan hit a great ball. When Betinho Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Real Brasília FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betinho Amaral couldn't finish the play. TibaDons were furious when Robbie Denham was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Real Brasília FC - DMZ a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Haroldo Vides, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TibaDons's Ollie Clark. 1-3. Ollie Clark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betinho Amaral went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Clóvis de Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Ulisses Braga got a free kick in the 90th minute. Nestor de Sena was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luke Cooke. After 99 played minutes TibaDons got a freekick which was hit by Austen Bull. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Real Brasília FC - DMZ had won after a very even match.
