Spectators: 7415 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. John Kämpe started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Sven-Ove Thedin sped through Kurdistan CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melker Söderkvist. Sven-Ove Thedin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Kämpe got free with Åke Gustafsson in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's Sven-Ove Thedin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melker Söderkvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rune Brovall hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Kennet Skålberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Åke Gustafsson was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, John Kämpe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurdistan CF's supporters rose to their feet, but John Kämpe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Åke Gustafsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Ove Thedin in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melker Söderkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Sven-Ove Thedin made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kurdistan CF booed when Ghost Hunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Bäckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Åke Gustafsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Kämpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes, Adam Svanér mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ghost Hunters and the Kurdistan CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Adam Svanér hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Åke Kolberg charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Åke Kolberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ghost Hunters booed when Kurdistan CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Kolberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ghost Hunters's attack was well implemented in the 75th minute, but when Sven-Ove Thedin was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. John Kämpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Åke Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ghost Hunters's Åke Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Kämpe in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Kurdistan CF booed when Ghost Hunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Svanér didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kurdistan CF were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
