Karl-Ove Sandström was slow to take the kick. During this time Kurdistan CF's players had a chance to rest. After 46 played minutes Kurdistan CF got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Kolberg. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bernardo Bautista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Kämpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute of the game Jan-Åke Kolberg made a throw-in which Christian Hjortsberg played forward. Osvaldo Pelayo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. John Kämpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Bautista having to interfere. The supporters of INCONA FC booed when Kurdistan CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Kolberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Bautista was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but John Kämpe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 73 minute of play. Bernardo Bautista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Hjortsberg in the 94th minute.
