After recieving a nice pass, Funebrero FC's Hernan Gaitan tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ruben Balesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Chinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Funebrero FC's Moises Gines dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Dalmacio Playo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Correla q va en Chancleta's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmacio Playo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Balesio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Chinto in the 15th minute of play forced Funebrero FC's goalkeeper Ruben Balesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruben Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Chinto in the 17th minute of the match. Moises Gines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Lartaun kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Moises Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot. Funebrero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Gines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Giro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celso Giro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Hulberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute Cleto Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Balesio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Correla q va en Chancleta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Basilio Valiente scored to the left of an out of position Celso Giro, making the score, 2-0. Celso Giro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Modesto Hulberto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 44 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moises Gines to make the kick off. Ruben Balesio made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Cleto Chinto sent off a good shot on target. Modesto Hulberto charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Modesto Hulberto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Modesto Hulberto hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 71 minutes, Christian Hernando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Correla q va en Chancleta and the Funebrero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Funebrero FC booed when Correla q va en Chancleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Hernando didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Modesto Hulberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Dalmacio Playo managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 94th minute Moises Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Giro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Funebrero FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
