The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Modesto Hulberto came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Funebrero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Hulberto couldn't finish the play. Moises Gines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Wincent Cisek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16thth minute of the game Modesto Hulberto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Bozywerek's Wincent Cisek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Funebrero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mieszko Budrewicz came free, but Ruben Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Funebrero FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Funebrero FC's Modesto Hulberto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Javier Suarez was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Javier Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Funebrero FC's Ruben Balesio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Piwowarski in the 27th minute of play. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Mieszko Budrewicz sped through Funebrero FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruben Balesio. Ruben Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Gondek in the 35th minute of the match. Moises Gines took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincent Cisek. Wincent Cisek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Ruben Balesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Gondek in the 40th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Edgar Piwowarski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruben Balesio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Cyprian Gondek put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Ruben Balesio. KS Bozywerek's Wincent Cisek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Valiente in the 57th minute of play. Ruben Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Gondek in the 62nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, KS Bozywerek's Ruben Balesio threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cyprian Gondek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 65th minute Cyprian Gondek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Balesio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Isidro Fero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Cyprian Gondek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ruben Balesio, 2-5. Ruben Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Gondek in the 72nd minute of the match. Moises Gines struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Wincent Cisek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Funebrero FC. Ruben Balesio made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Edgar Piwowarski sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, Funebrero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Gondek came free, but Ruben Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Funebrero FC's goalkeeper Ruben Balesio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radomir Zworski. In the 81st play minute Mieszko Budrewicz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ruben Balesio. 2-6. The KS Bozywerek fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when KS Bozywerek's Mieszko Budrewicz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ruben Balesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprian Gondek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Cyprian Gondek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Balesio was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. When the match was over KS Bozywerek could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Funebrero FC throughout the match.
