After having played for 3 minutes, Ronaldo Nazario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaiser!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldo Nazario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jim Frisck took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 叶诚鹰. 叶诚鹰 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Kaiser!'s 叶诚鹰 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Kaiser! from getting a goal against them. When Xaver Lomelin came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Kaiser! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xaver Lomelin couldn't finish the play. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Jim Frisck got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's zone, Ronaldo Nazario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Österlund came out of the goal and Ronaldo Nazario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Sven-Edvin Lundström got a free kick in the 37th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Xaver Lomelin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaiser!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Xaver Lomelin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kurt Österlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Nazario in the 40th minute of play. Kurt Österlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Kaiser!'s 叶诚鹰 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Lundqvist in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Helge Lundqvist was the one to do the kick off. Almandoz Goicoechea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kurt Österlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kurt Österlund came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Kaiser!'s Ronaldo Nazario. But to his dismay, Ronaldo Nazario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, Kaiser!'s Iachetti Canido got a free kick in the 62nd minute. When Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Helge Lundqvist in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kaiser!'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th minute Ronaldo Nazario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Österlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th match minute, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Edvin Lundström to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Étoile Sportive Du Sahel defense, Ronaldo Nazario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kurt Österlund. The Étoile Sportive Du Sahel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kurt Österlund should have stopped the shot. Ronaldo Nazario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Ronaldo Nazario sped through Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kurt Österlund. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Kurt Österlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Nazario in the 89th minute of play. 叶诚鹰 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Frisck in the 92nd minute of play. The Étoile Sportive Du Sahel supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kaiser!'s performance. The match ended with a win for Kaiser!.
