Spectators: 7511 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diogo Montenegro started the match with the kick off. Petter Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo Montenegro in the 3rd minute of the match. Malmö White Knights's Petter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Montenegro in the 3rd minute of play. Cyprian Rykaczewski took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petter Fransson. Petter Fransson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Diogo Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the match, Atlético-PR's Cyprian Rykaczewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petter Fransson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dênis Maranhense in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petter Fransson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rutger Delin charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rutger Delin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rutger Delin kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Malmö White Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Montenegro came free, but Petter Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Diogo Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petter Fransson was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Robert Söderman charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Söderman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leandro Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Petter Fransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogo Montenegro in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petter Fransson saved Malmö White Knights from getting behind. Petter Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dênis Maranhense, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 44thth minute of the game Diogo Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malmö White Knights's Petter Fransson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leandro Hermes struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Petter Fransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético-PR. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Malmö White Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Montenegro came free, but Petter Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Lauro Aparecido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético-PR's supporters rose to their feet, but Lauro Aparecido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petter Fransson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diogo Montenegro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Petter Fransson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Malmö White Knights's Petter Fransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Malmö White Knights from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute, Atlético-PR's Diogo Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. With a little luck, Malmö White Knights's Petter Fransson got control of the ball when Donato Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Dênis Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Diogo Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 75 in the game by Diogo Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Petter Fransson managed to make a qualified save. Malmö White Knights's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Hermes got free with Petter Fransson in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 78 minutes into the match, Malmö White Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Maranhense came free, but Petter Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Malmö White Knights defense, Diogo Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petter Fransson. The Malmö White Knights fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petter Fransson should have stopped the shot. Donato Sena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Petter Fransson made a huge save. Atlético-PR's Leandro Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Malmö White Knights fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético-PR were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
