The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. SC Pfullendorf made a substitution. Hanot Feliu replaced Loramendi Jurado. SC Pfullendorf's Bladi Santander was substituted for Bras Odín. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augustin Nechifor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SC Pfullendorf were furious when Urtsin Madariaga was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, SC Pfullendorf's Urtsin Madariaga got a free kick in the 61st minute. Traian Roşu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Salvador Rajoi made a huge save. Salvador Rajoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Salvador Rajoi made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Augustin Nechifor sent off a good shot on target. Bladi Santander took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Octavian Bogdănescu. FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of SC Pfullendorf booed when FC Steaua Pildesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Roşu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augustin Nechifor hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match Marquez Tobias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavian Bogdănescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, Costin Iorgu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Salvador Rajoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After 84 minutes, Hanot Feliu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Pfullendorf and the FC Steaua Pildesti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Pfullendorf's Hanot Feliu got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Francisco Blanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Augustin Nechifor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salvador Rajoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costin Iorgu in the 89th minute. A collision led to SC Pfullendorf getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fernando Suarez hit a great ball. Gheorghe Vlăsiu's late challenge caught a SC Pfullendorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gheorghe Vlăsiu helped the player get up and apologised.
