To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luan Ramos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valério Paranaense's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. A A Arizona's supporters rose to their feet, but Chicão Freire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luan Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Jardim América FC booed when A A Arizona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Tomás Mazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jardim América FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A A Arizona the free kick. A collision led to Jardim América FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play.
