Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adolfo Ramond started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Basmane Texas defense, Jonas Beltxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nurtekin İskandil. The Basmane Texas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nurtekin İskandil should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Basmane Texas's Roman Montez threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Suphi Reha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nurtekin İskandil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Ramond in the 20th minute of the match. Behzat Arslantürk hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Villa Mitre's Jonas Beltxe got a free kick in the 22nd minute. When Hipolito Corderro fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villa Mitre's protests and gave Hipolito Corderro a yellow card for diving instead. Hipolito Corderro kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Basmane Texas's Bircan Ulaç nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Montez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Jonas Beltxe's late challenge caught a Basmane Texas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Beltxe helped the player get up and apologised. Nurtekin İskandil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Ramond went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. If Suphi Reha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basmane Texas's Nurtekin İskandil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Gaitan in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Villa Mitre were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bircan Ulaç made a kick off. The supporters of Villa Mitre booed when Basmane Texas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Faruk Uram didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Basmane Texas's goalkeeper Nurtekin İskandil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nurtekin İskandil was a little too slow when Augusto Gaitan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 2-4. Bircan Ulaç took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Montez. Roman Montez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Leandro Jenaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nurtekin İskandil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. With a little luck, Basmane Texas's Nurtekin İskandil got control of the ball when Jonas Beltxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Suphi Reha kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Jonas Beltxe kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Villa Mitre's Americo Jerardo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gaffar Tanbay, made in the 84th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Göksun Erdursun got a free kick in the 88th minute. Augusto Gaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Villa Mitre eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
