The supporters of Basmane Texas booed when A A Arizona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tibet Özyurt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Basmane Texas protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tibet Özyurt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Tibet Özyurt got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Valério Paranaense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demirhan İltan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. 46 minutes into the match, Luís Fabiano Branco notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Basmane Texas's Demirhan İltan. Demirhan İltan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-8 lead.

Demirhan İltan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgar Godoi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-13 in the 76 minute of play. Pedro Luís Bertassi took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demirhan İltan. Demirhan İltan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-14. In the 82nd minute, Mauro Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Fabiano Branco took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demirhan İltan. Demirhan İltan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-15. Demirhan İltan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Paranaense in the 88th minute of play. Demirhan İltan made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Luís Fabiano Branco sent off a good shot on target. The Basmane Texas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A A Arizona were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
