The crowd rose to their feet as FC Truseni's Mircea Dadu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Waut Vanden Berghe. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. After 10 played minutes Twierdza Osowiec got a freekick which was hit by Robby Van Linthaudt. After 16 minutes, Jorg Saelens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Twierdza Osowiec and the FC Truseni players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Jorg Saelens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Truseni's Eugen Tabãrã got a free kick in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robby Van Linthaudt in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vadim Macovei saved FC Truseni from getting behind. The supporters of FC Truseni booed when Twierdza Osowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lou Winnepenninck didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goal looked a bit too open when Lou Winnepenninck came free, but Vadim Macovei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Twierdza Osowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorg Saelens to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iosif Creangã got free with Waut Vanden Berghe in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruslan Cretu during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Waut Vanden Berghe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mircea Dadu in the 32nd minute of play. The wind increased when Iosif Creangã made the kick off in the second half. When Mircea Dadu fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Truseni's protests and gave Mircea Dadu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Truseni getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Mircea Dadu hit a great ball. Vadim Speianu hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Robby Van Linthaudt came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Twierdza Osowiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robby Van Linthaudt couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd match minute, FC Truseni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandu Perju to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Twierdza Osowiec getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Faustino Cordaryal hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mircea Dadu in the 65th minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Waut Vanden Berghe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goal looked a bit too open when Lou Winnepenninck came free, but Vadim Macovei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lou Winnepenninck kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Waut Vanden Berghe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute Iosif Creangã shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Vanden Berghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Truseni walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
