Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Otávio Peixoto started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Chigüires De Mogadiscio's Baladi Jorge seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Baladi Jorge the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chigüires De Mogadiscio protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Baladi Jorge had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chigüires De Mogadiscio fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! Peruanton Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otávio Peixoto in the 10th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Chigüires De Mogadiscio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claus Vellon to maneuver through the defense. Luisão Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Arizabaleta in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Xavieon Diguja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisão Simões stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eriberto Arizabaleta's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The supporters of Chigüires De Mogadiscio booed when TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renan Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Vellon came free, but Luisão Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renan Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luisão Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Cedron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otávio Peixoto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Peruanton Gayoso made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, Roger Garavito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luisão Simões. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roger Garavito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 46 minutes into the game, Claus Vellon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Luisão Simões was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Chigüires De Mogadiscio were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claus Vellon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Claus Vellon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luisão Simões. Claus Vellon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 59th minute, Vivaldo Pitta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Luisão Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claus Vellon in the 60th minute of play. Claus Vellon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Simões having to interfere. Cristóvão Rodrigues hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Vellon came free, but Luisão Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisão Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Arizabaleta in the 72nd minute. Luisão Simões came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Chigüires De Mogadiscio's Erramu Huera. But to his dismay, Erramu Huera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Luisão Simões proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG from getting a goal against them. Chigüires De Mogadiscio's Peruanton Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfredo de Sena in the 83rd minute of play. Roger Garavito kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Luisão Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Cedron, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute, Eriberto Arizabaleta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisão Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chigüires De Mogadiscio walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
