In the 10th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Crescencio Mendiguren to maneuver through the defense. Eustaquio Maria's late challenge caught a Leones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustaquio Maria helped the player get up and apologised. Angel Isusko scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hector Uranga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hector Uranga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angel Isusko went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Leones FC's Hector Uranga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Isusko in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hondo Linares during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hondo Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Hector Uranga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Isusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 31st match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponce Perero to maneuver through the defense. Hector Uranga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Hernandez in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Simon Maseda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 41 minutes, Angel Isusko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piratas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Isusko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nunez Hernandez in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Uranga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ponce Perero made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Txartiko during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luis Txartiko kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. During the 53rd minute of the match Angel Isusko completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Angel Isusko a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Nunez Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Uranga having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Piratas FC's Nunez Hernandez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Victorino Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ponce Perero, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ponce Perero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Piratas FC's Martin Dalmai got a free kick in the 76th minute. Guillelmus Tendiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorino Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillelmus Tendiero in the 85th minute of play. After 87 minutes of play, Piratas FC's Zeledon Laffitte made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hector Uranga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Piratas FC's Octavio Tab was substituted for Luis Txartiko. Leones FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Nunez Hernandez scored to the left of an out of position Hector Uranga, making the score, 0-5. Guillelmus Tendiero hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
