The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Cisek in the 7th minute of play forced SHADOW's goalkeeper Adam Fikus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barnaba Brysz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Dobrzechowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Radomir Piczak got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute, Radowit Polkoski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, SHADOW's Zbigniew Dobrzechowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radowit Polkoski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barnaba Brysz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Gongola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SHADOW's Adam Fikus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save SHADOW from getting a goal against them. SHADOW's Adam Fikus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Makowski in the 46th minute of play.

Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Pawel Niemojewski was substituted for Radowit Polkoski. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Edward Jarocewicz was substituted for Szczepan Dropinski.
