Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) TRAKINAS FC's Tostão Salles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Dănescu in the 4th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Danilo Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Gernando Gerber cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Horea Raicu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Horea Raicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Peixoto in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Gelu Săvescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. TRAKINAS FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Alin Moldoveanu scored to the left of an out of position Danilo Mello, making the score, 2-1. Waldir Peixoto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Horea Raicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes -BZF- Fc Gheraseni got a freekick which was hit by Stelian Covrig. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Dănescu in the 31st minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Danilo Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes in the game, Panait Dănescu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Danilo Mello having to interfere. Alin Moldoveanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Dănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danilo Mello made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Alin Moldoveanu sent off a good shot on target. Horea Raicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão Salles in the 44th minute of play. TRAKINAS FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Panait Dănescu scored to the left of an out of position Danilo Mello, making the score, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gernando Gerber during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Gerber. Giovanni Pirani hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the game's 57th minute -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Gelu Săvescu took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Danilo Mello and thus the score was 4-1. Gernando Gerber got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gernando Gerber hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Waldir Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot. TRAKINAS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldir Peixoto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horea Raicu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, TRAKINAS FC's Giovanni Pirani got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 75th minute Giovanni Pirani suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. TRAKINAS FC's Zé Fernandes was substituted for Giovanni Pirani. Claudiu Udroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Edmundo Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danilo Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Dănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Edmundo Linhares fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Horea Raicu, passed just outside the right post. In the 88th match minute, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Arapașu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Zé Fernandes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 94 minutes, Damian Arapașu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the -BZF- Fc Gheraseni and the TRAKINAS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes -BZF- Fc Gheraseni got a freekick which was hit by Damian Arapașu. Danilo Mello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Verzea's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The -BZF- Fc Gheraseni support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
