Tomás Quintun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tostão Salles in the 3rd minute. Eriberto Fertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 6 minutes into the game, Eulalio Lauaxeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Danilo Mello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tostão Salles scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomás Quintun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Viento Norte FC's Eulalio Lauaxeta in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 20th minute, TRAKINAS FC's Tostão Salles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tomás Quintun. Tomás Quintun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Danilo Mello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Lauaxeta in the 25th minute of the match. After 27 minutes of play, Viento Norte FC's Eriberto Fertus made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danilo Mello was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eulalio Lauaxeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Mello having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Viento Norte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Fertus to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Peixoto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 37th playminute. Tostão Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Viento Norte FC's Tomás Quintun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Salles in the 42nd minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eulalio Lauaxeta made a kick off. Tostão Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Quintun having to interfere. After 57 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldir Peixoto. Edmundo Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Quintun having to interfere. Eulalio Lauaxeta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danilo Mello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Waldir Peixoto might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomás Quintun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waldir Peixoto ran back to his position shaking his head. Danilo Mello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eulalio Lauaxeta in the 69th minute. Eriberto Fertus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Danilo Mello came out and tried to block the shot, but Eriberto Fertus slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 73rd minute. Tomás Quintun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Viento Norte FC's Eusebio Jobo got a free kick in the 77th minute. Eulalio Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Danilo Mello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Waldir Peixoto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomás Quintun. Viento Norte FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waldir Peixoto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. TRAKINAS FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Viento Norte FC for a fine match.
