Maurício Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Hajredin Kamberi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torcato Paião might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hajredin Kamberi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torcato Paião ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelo Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erigerti Divjaka in the 33rd minute of the match. Hajredin Kamberi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Cláudio Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torcato Paião to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Torcato Paião took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Hajredin Kamberi to make any attempt to save it. Torcato Paião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hajredin Kamberi having to interfere. Torcato Paião took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hajredin Kamberi. Hajredin Kamberi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. After 65 played minutes FK LIQENORET got a freekick which was hit by Migjen Bekolli. Atlético Micaelense's Vicente Sanches shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hajredin Kamberi but with some difficulty. In the 68th minute, Mustafa Dabulla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK LIQENORET fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Marcelo Amaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erigerti Divjaka in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute Erigerti Divjaka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
