The supporters of Sporting Mambo booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Dolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harold Engelborgh got free with Albino Nofre in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waut Goons stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Diaz's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Ariel Burko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Waut Goons was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Sporting Mambo defense, Adolfo Diaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waut Goons. The Sporting Mambo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waut Goons should have stopped the shot. Albino Nofre came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Mambo's Harold Engelborgh. But to his dismay, Harold Engelborgh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Waut Goons didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Talleres's Ariel Burko shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 34th minute, Ariel Burko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 37th minute, Ariel Burko made a precise shot to the right of Waut Goons. Sporting Mambo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. After 40 minutes, Henry Pelsers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Mambo and the Talleres players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sporting Mambo getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. The Sporting Mambo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waut Goons should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Waut Goons made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-12. The audience was convinced that Ariel Burko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waut Goons was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Sporting Mambo's Henry Pelsers got a free kick in the 91st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pino Maerschalckx during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pino Maerschalckx hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Ariel Burko made a precise shot to the right of Waut Goons. Sporting Mambo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-14. Talleres's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
