Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pablo Cordeal started the match with the kick off. Ariel Burko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Emiliano Sancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ariel Burko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Sancho was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Nereo Abad charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nereo Abad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Manfredi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Abad. 9 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Emiliano Sancho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ariel Burko. Maximo Solustiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Emiliano Sancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Burko in the 15th minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Emiliano Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximo Solustiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Sancho having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Talleres's Adolfo Diaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Francisco Odilon kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Adolfo Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Sancho having to interfere. Emiliano Sancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Diaz in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariel Burko got free with Emiliano Sancho in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emiliano Sancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Diaz in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ariel Burko was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Talleres's Ariel Burko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Sancho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Francisco Odilon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Talleres's goalkeeper Albino Nofre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Iyan. Emiliano Sancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Burko in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Talleres were awarded a corner. Fernando Laurgain went to the cornerflag to take it. Francisco Odilon scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Sancho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Ariel Burko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Emiliano Sancho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the match, Ariel Burko notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Manfredi AFC's Emiliano Sancho. Emiliano Sancho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Albino Nofre was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Jose Iyan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jose Iyan really showed his touch with that goal: 6-1. 79 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Burko came free, but Emiliano Sancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Sancho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Diaz went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Froilan Bilbo's late challenge caught a Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Froilan Bilbo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Talleres booed when Manfredi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Bilbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Talleres's Fernando Laurgain got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute Maximo Solustiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Burko in the 97th minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Emiliano Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Talleres players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
