Waut Goons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Taurino in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Carabata Groove getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Paulino Matei hit a great ball. Nereo Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoachim Fondria in the 7th minute of play. Waut Goons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Enzo Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Goons was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Yoachim Fondria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 minutes, Esteban Arias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carabata Groove and the Sporting Mambo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sporting Mambo booed when Carabata Groove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nereo Ihazintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harold Engelborgh in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Nereo Ihazintu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harold Engelborgh. With a little luck, Carabata Groove's Nereo Ihazintu got control of the ball when Harold Engelborgh tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Taurino in the 27th minute of play forced Sporting Mambo's goalkeeper Waut Goons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Carabata Groove booed when Sporting Mambo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pino Maerschalckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosendo Taurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Waut Goons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waut Goons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Arnas in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pino Maerschalckx during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sporting Mambo getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Pino Maerschalckx hit a great ball. Paulino Matei hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Yoachim Fondria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Mambo's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoachim Fondria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Ihazintu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Sporting Mambo's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Arnas came free, but Waut Goons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harold Engelborgh to strike the kick off in the second half. If Yoachim Fondria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Carabata Groove's Fernando Cordero got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Rafael Efren threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sporting Mambo's Yoachim Fondria quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Harold Engelborgh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nereo Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yoachim Fondria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nereo Ihazintu having to make a save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Carabata Groove:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sporting Mambo:s goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Harold Engelborgh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Mambo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harold Engelborgh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Sporting Mambo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Henry Pelsers hit a great ball. Carabata Groove's Rafael Efren shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Waut Goons but with some difficulty. Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Taurino in the 67th minute of play. When Yoachim Fondria came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Sporting Mambo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yoachim Fondria couldn't finish the play. Christoffel Weets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Rosendo Taurino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Waut Goons, 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Rosendo Taurino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Waut Goons. That made the score 0-4 in the 84 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Rosendo Taurino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yoachim Fondria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nereo Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carabata Groove's Nereo Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoachim Fondria in the 98th minute of play.
