An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Celino in the 23rd minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Yıldırım Yaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonzo Barros got free with Yıldırım Yaman in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yıldırım Yaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Celino, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Aras Daman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Orlando Leoiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Aras Daman got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Fenerbahçe booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuzalp Ak in the 57th minute of play. Orlando Leoiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evren Tanfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Fenerbahçe's Orlando Leoiar threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aras Daman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 73rd minute, Aras Daman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Oğuzalp Ak got a free kick in the 74th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yıldırım Yaman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tuncer İribaş who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Orlando Leoiar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 83rd play minutes Aras Daman shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Orlando Leoiar and just under the crossbar into goal. 86 minutes into the match, Equipo's goalkeeper Orlando Leoiar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tuncer İribaş. With a little luck, Equipo's Orlando Leoiar got control of the ball when Evren Tanfer tried to sneak it across the goal line.
