Astor Teofilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koos Alberts, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Maximino Cristofanini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Pinto in the 26th minute of the match. Astor Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koos Alberts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Buitenhout FC's Koos Alberts to fire away a dangerous shot which Astor Teofilio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Maximino Cristofanini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Salvidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atletico Lanus's Astor Teofilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Lanus from getting a goal against them. Koos Alberts's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Lanus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Koos Alberts helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Koos Alberts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Buitenhout FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Pinto came free, but Maximino Cristofanini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amadeo Cebo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edwin Houwing might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Astor Teofilio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Houwing ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilfred Adelaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Denis Salvidor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Maximino Cristofanini made a huge save. The supporters of Buitenhout FC booed when Club Atletico Lanus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Eguerdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71st play minutes Teodosio Johans shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Astor Teofilio and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Club Atletico Lanus getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Honorio Pinto hit a great ball. Astor Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Johans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atletico Lanus players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Buitenhout FC.
