Fermín Trujillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Hermengildo Maureo made a huge save. Natalio Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Pello Cameno succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. The supporters of Club Deportivo O IRIXO booed when Los up up was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Erdiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pello Cameno received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hermengildo Maureo came out and tried to block the shot, but Pello Cameno slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 9th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Pello Cameno took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Hermengildo Maureo to make any attempt to save it. Hermengildo Maureo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Indalecio Morcego. If Fermín Trujillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Los up up's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Gil came free, but Hermengildo Maureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Andrei Gil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Maureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Deportivo O IRIXO were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Los up up's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Indalecio Morcego took the corner. Fermín Trujillo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 29th playminute. If Andrei Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualterio Beila struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Leonardo Romani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los up up. In the 39th minute, Pello Cameno made a precise shot to the right of Hermengildo Maureo. Los up up's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Hermengildo Maureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Gil in the 42nd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrei Gil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antero Vadillos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pello Cameno, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Los up up's Hermengildo Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermín Trujillo in the 61st minute of play. Fermín Trujillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baldomero Paz hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Pello Cameno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermengildo Maureo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Pello Cameno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Maureo having to interfere. Leonardo Romani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Galindo in the 73rd minute of play. Hermengildo Maureo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrei Gil went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute Norberto Galindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Romani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fermín Trujillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Maureo having to interfere. Fermín Trujillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hermengildo Maureo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fermín Trujillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Los up up's Hermengildo Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Gil in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Norberto Galindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Antero Vadillos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Maureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrei Gil scored 8-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hermengildo Maureo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Club Deportivo O IRIXO were the better team. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
