The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, La Vuelta del Malon's goalkeeper Ubaldo Seme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorio Pinto. 15 minutes into the match, La Vuelta del Malon's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Olivar came free, but Ubaldo Seme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Lanus's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Llope came free, but Astor Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Teofilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Ibañez in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, La Vuelta del Malon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Llope to maneuver through the defense. The tension between the La Vuelta del Malon and the Club Atletico Lanus players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lino Isauro hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute of the match, Lorenzo Llope tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Astor Teofilio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Atletico Lanus fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Vuelta del Malon had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
