Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) After 5 minutes of play, MARTINETA's Marcelo Omero made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Romani was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 7 played minutes MARTINETA got a freekick which was hit by Israel Reno. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Hitzeder Palomar got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as MARTINETA's Marcelo Omero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonardo Romani. That made the score 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Dacio Lara got a free kick in the 22nd minute. With an all-out effort, MARTINETA's Leonardo Romani threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelo Omero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Club Deportivo O IRIXO defense, Agustín Ruberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Romani. The Club Deportivo O IRIXO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Romani should have stopped the shot. After 29 played minutes MARTINETA got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Bustos. Leonardo Romani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Ceandro in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Ruberto. Silvestre Bertin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Ceandro in the 42nd minute of play forced Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Romani made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Agustín Ruberto sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Agustín Ruberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. MARTINETA's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Ruberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Romani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agustín Ruberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Romani having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Indalecio Morcego to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Agustín Ruberto notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani. Leonardo Romani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lander Solana kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Leonardo Romani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Ruberto in the 59th minute of play. Leonardo Romani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Omero, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 71 minutes into the game, Hitzeder Palomar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvestre Bertin. Hitzeder Palomar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Leonardo Romani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Ruberto in the 73rd minute of play. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Omero in the 80th minute of play. Leonardo Romani came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by MARTINETA's Marcelo Omero. But to his dismay, Marcelo Omero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Dacio Lara lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Deportivo O IRIXO! In the 97th minute Agustín Ruberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Romani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MARTINETA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
