Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matías Kranevitter kicked off to start the match. Augusto Batalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horaţiu Dinulescu in the 3rd minute of the match. The nice shot from Maxi López in the 4thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Isac Spirea had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. A. Korn's Augusto Batalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Brânzaș in the 6th minute of play. Augusto Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Dinulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ioan Cozma charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ioan Cozma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, one of Phoenix Strikers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Phoenix Strikers. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matías Kranevitter in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isac Spirea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 played minutes Phoenix Strikers got a freekick which was hit by Nistor Curcă. After a rather tough play, A. Korn's Matías Kranevitter got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 27th minute, Maxi López ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isac Spirea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Matías Kranevitter received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Isac Spirea came out and tried to block the shot, but Matías Kranevitter slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 31st minute. After 39 played minutes Phoenix Strikers got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Cozma. When Maxi López, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 42 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Isac Spirea was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Maxi López came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isac Spirea could save by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horaţiu Dinulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Isac Spirea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxi López, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxi López struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Isac Spirea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A. Korn. David Mocanu kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Matías Kranevitter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Jonas Thorsberg put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Isac Spirea. Isac Spirea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxi López, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Matías Kranevitter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A. Korn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matías Kranevitter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, A. Korn's Augusto Batalla got control of the ball when Denis Brânzaș tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matías Kranevitter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matías Kranevitter might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isac Spirea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isac Spirea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Maxi López had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isac Spirea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxi López in the 96th minute of the match. A. Korn's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
