Spectators: 7428 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 100) SC Braga's Hélder Trindade started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, Celso Belo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidio Ipar. Perico City Grup's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Belo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Perico City Grup's Ovidio Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Trindade in the 13th minute of play. Honorato Calado scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidio Ipar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Trindade in the 26th minute of play forced Perico City Grup's goalkeeper Ovidio Ipar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celso Belo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cecilio Araoz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ovidio Ipar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Paixão in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Perico City Grup's 독고 호 got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some careless play in the Perico City Grup defense, Hélder Trindade kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidio Ipar. The Perico City Grup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidio Ipar should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Perico City Grup's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Trindade came free, but Ovidio Ipar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Paixão in the 37th minute of play forced Perico City Grup's goalkeeper Ovidio Ipar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perico City Grup's 독고 호 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cassiano Guerreiro in the 45 minute of the game. Ovidio Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egídio Paixão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafino Guillelme to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Braga's Hélder Trindade slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ovidio Ipar. That made the score 0-5 after 53 minutes of play. When Arturo Sayveon fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perico City Grup's protests and gave Arturo Sayveon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Perico City Grup getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Arturo Sayveon hit a great ball. When Alexandrino Bessa came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the SC Braga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandrino Bessa couldn't finish the play. Honorato Calado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Egídio Paixão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to SC Braga getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Caetano Coutinho hit a great ball. Fidel Toli kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Perico City Grup got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Araoz. Caetano Coutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caetano Coutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Perico City Grup booed when SC Braga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cecilio Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albérico Vilaverde having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Perico City Grup got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Cuartio. SC Braga's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
