The referee ignored TALLERES's protests and gave Nestor Fonso a yellow card for diving instead. Nestor Fonso kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Moisés Dracena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mario Cuenca having to make a save. Mario Cuenca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Eduardo Souza in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Moisés Dracena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Cuenca was relentless in the 84th minute of the game.
