Jefferson Mesquita hit a great ball. Rony Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmyr de Andrade in the 12th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Alvinegro Carioca's goal looked a bit too open when Walmyr de Andrade came free, but Rony Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Luiz Fernando Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidney Sousa in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Eriberto Peres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alvinegro Carioca the free kick. Eriberto Peres hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 15 played minutes Alvinegro Carioca got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fernando Braga. In the 16th minute of the match Cícero Andrade shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rony Netto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jefferson Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Walmyr de Andrade kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rony Netto. That made the score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Sousa came free, but Luiz Fernando Matos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ademar Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ademar Peixoto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Rony Netto made a huge save. Cícero Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute of the match Chico Vidal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Fernando Matos skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ademar Peixoto in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rony Netto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ademar Peixoto to strike the kick off in the second half. Luiz Fernando Matos made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Sidney Sousa sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, Ademar Peixoto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Alvinegro Carioca's Rony Netto. Rony Netto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Carlos Augusto Sampaio scored to the left of an out of position Luiz Fernando Matos, making the score, 2-2. Cícero Andrade hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a little luck, ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Luiz Fernando Matos got control of the ball when Sidney Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ booed when Alvinegro Carioca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alvinegro Carioca. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
