Spectators: 7564 (Terracing: 5674, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Berker Rıza Alanson got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, LOTUS's Cafer Uğural got a free kick in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the LOTUS defense, Felix Codreanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evren Serkut. The LOTUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evren Serkut should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Robert Holban took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Evren Serkut to make any attempt to save it. David Mihele's late challenge caught a LOTUS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Mihele helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of LOTUS booed when FC Luck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Mihele didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, LOTUS's Evren Serkut got control of the ball when Robert Holban tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Luck's Robert Holban was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Evren Serkut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Holban in the 34th minute of the match. Robert Holban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evren Serkut having to interfere. Evren Serkut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Codreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 41 minutes, Robert Holban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Luck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Holban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Felix Codreanu took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Evren Serkut to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 54th minute, David Mihele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, FC Luck's goalkeeper Ciprian Barboni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Ediz Baykal. Berker Rıza Alanson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciprian Barboni having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, FC Luck's Olimpiu Necula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evren Serkut made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 87th minute, Robert Holban made a precise shot to the right of Evren Serkut. LOTUS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Evren Serkut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Codreanu in the 92nd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the FC Luck players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
