When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Miguel Santiago sped through MarquinhosEC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeca Cerezo. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Ulisses Carioca managed to get in a good position for a shot. MarquinhosEC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulisses Carioca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viriato Leal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the game, Abílio Lobo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Clube Patrício's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MarquinhosEC the free kick. Abílio Lobo hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Duarte Barral hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute of the match Claudemiro Gomes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeca Cerezo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yuri Gaspar hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Henrique Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MarquinhosEC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulisses Cariocas short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Viriato Leal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dorian Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulisses Carioca in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viriato Leal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute, Miguel Santiago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeca Cerezo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Zeca Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Santiago in the 44th minute of play. Zeca Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abílio Lobo in the 45th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Miguel Santiago made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Sporting Clube Patrício's Miguel Santiago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeca Cerezo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miguel Santiago took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeca Cerezo. Zeca Cerezo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 66 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goal looked a bit too open when Dorian Prado came free, but Viriato Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Domingues came free, but Viriato Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
