When Venancio Euloxu fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Generation's protests and gave Venancio Euloxu a yellow card for diving instead. Venancio Euloxu kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Herminio Tuste's late challenge caught a Golden Generation's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herminio Tuste helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lorenzo Bortzaioriz during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Bortzaioriz. With a little luck, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Nemesio Firman got control of the ball when Venancio Euloxu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
