Iker Sotil was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hjalmar Adelsköld got free with Cecilio Garci in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Preben Laudrup blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cecilio Garci having to make a save. Claes Hermansson lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 26th minute, Iker Sotil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecilio Garci showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Damian Chayo charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Chayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, Leon Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Chayo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 30 minutes, Dick Tunström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lokomotivet Kamraterna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dick Tunström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Adelsköld in the 33rd minute of play forced Leon Platense's goalkeeper Cecilio Garci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 34 in the game by Dick Tunström from a close distance when the talented Cecilio Garci managed to make a qualified save. Leon Platense's players were relieved. When Filiph Walroth fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lokomotivet Kamraterna's protests and gave Filiph Walroth a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Filiph Walroth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Platense's Iker Sotil got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Valentin Sjödin fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Franz Jääger struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Cecilio Garci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotivet Kamraterna. In the 92nd minute Dick Tunström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Garci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 minutes, Julio Geleberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leon Platense and the Lokomotivet Kamraterna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dick Tunström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cecilio Garci. Leon Platense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Victorino Cefero's late challenge caught a Lokomotivet Kamraterna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorino Cefero helped the player get up and apologised. Victorino Cefero hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
