Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aílton Donato made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Minuim SS's goal looked a bit too open when Ottó Gyarmati came free, but Maurinho Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurinho Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from János Döbrögi, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. István Földes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Pirani in the 8th minute of play. Ferenc Vass kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Minuim SS's goalkeeper Maurinho Corrêa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by János Döbrögi. Ottó Gyarmati took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurinho Corrêa. Maurinho Corrêa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Maurinho Corrêa made an important save on a dangerous shot by János Döbrögi in the 23rd minute. From close distance János Döbrögi pressed in the 2-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 25 minutes into the game. 33 minutes into the match, Minuim SS's goal looked a bit too open when Ferenc Boros came free, but Maurinho Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurinho Corrêa came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Gyál United's János Döbrögi. But to his dismay, János Döbrögi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Minuim SS's Maurinho Corrêa got control of the ball when János Döbrögi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, César Sanches ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. István Földes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Róbert Tamás kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. István Földes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Cordeiro in the 44th minute of play forced Gyál United's goalkeeper István Földes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. János Döbrögi was the one to do the kick off. Minuim SS's Maurinho Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ottó Gyarmati in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vito Pirani got free with István Földes in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maurinho Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from János Döbrögi in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Minuim SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Severo to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Ferenc Vass hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gyál United were furious when Géza Sipos was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 63rd minute, one of Gyál United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gyál United. István Földes came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Minuim SS's Vito Pirani. But to his dismay, Vito Pirani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Minuim SS's Maurinho Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferenc Vass in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Gyál United's János Döbrögi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurinho Corrêa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Jorginho Zanette's late challenge caught a Gyál United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorginho Zanette helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Minuim SS getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jorginho Zanette hit a great ball. When Silvinho Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minuim SS's protests and gave Silvinho Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. Silvinho Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Maurinho Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Döbrögi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Minuim SS's Maurinho Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Döbrögi in the 88th minute of play. Jorginho Zanette hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 98th match minute, Gyál United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbert Vajda to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Gyál United's zone, Edgar do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. István Földes came out of the goal and Edgar do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Minuim SS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gyál United.
